Momma Tess is a chipmunk.
Clean and gut a sunfish. Peel a piece of hickory bark, soak in the stream. Fill cavity of sunfish with oregano and sprinkle with hickory salt. Lay fish on bark, cover with more bark. Dig a hole in the ashes of the firepit, lay the fish in hole. Shovel ash and hot coals over. Bake. The fish should be done in 2 or 3 turns of chipmunk tails of sun. Uncover and serve!
