Chicory flower petals (that’s the blue part) torn, chicory leaves – torn, dandelion leaves- torn, dandelion seeds – separated from fluff, cattail tuber – washed, peeled and cut into cubes, wild chive – chopped, wild garlic – chopped, wild celery (eel grass) (dive for this) chopped
Wash and mix greens.
Dressing – sunflower oil, dollop of apple cider vinegar, hickory salt. Mix. Drizzle, toss, and eat!
