Ruckus’ Toasted Acorn Oil

Ruckus is a beaver.

Gather, shell, rinse, and lightly toast several handfuls of black oak acorns. Using the big rock by the waterfall, place the shelled acorns into the indentation. Spread evenly. Place a flat rock over the acorns. Press and slam your beaver tail down on the rock. Oil will drip from the tunneled opening. Gather this in wooden bowls and acorn cups. Use for cooking. The left over meal is good for cooking, also!
