Mis is a pygmy mouse
For pastry: 3 acorn cups crushed wheat seeds, 1/3 acorn cup sunflower oil, 1/4 acorn cup water, dab of hickory salt, dab of honey
For Pastry: Mix wheat, oil, water salt and honey in wood bowl. Mix should begin to form a soft ball and pull from the side of the bowl. If too wet add more wheat, if too dry, add more water.
For tart: peel, core and thinly slice one apple. Crush 3 hickory nuts. Mix apple slices, hickory nuts and one acorn cup of honey.
Spread pastry onto floured shale stone until about a mouse finger high. Curve the ends up to make an edge.
Pour and spread the apple mixture into the pastry shell. Bake in hot but not sizzling oven for about four turns of a mouse’s tail. Enjoy!
