5 acorn cups flour, 1 acorn cup sourdough starter( recipe on another blog page), dollop of honey, some water for kneading

Mix flour, starter, water and honey. When it is the right consistency, not too sticky, (if it is too sticky add more flour) knead and divide into two loaves. Fire up the stove until hot but not sizzling. Place loaves on oiled and floured slate baking rock. Place in oven. Wait till smells right, check. If the loaves are golden brown and smell bready good, take out and cool. Slice and serve with Moma Cow’s butter (make sure you thank Moma Cow).
