Heat 10 acorn cups milk to just below boiling
Stir. Add 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar, stir.
The milk will separate into curds and whey.
Remove from stove. Cool.
Strain curds and whey through cobweb.
Let curds rest 2 widths of chipmunk fingers of sun. Sprinkle with hickory salt. and other seasonings (like garlic) if you like! Eat !
